Snowscenes in Wharfedale

These are some scenes taken locally around Otley over the weekend of 7th & 8th February.

Otley Chevin & Danefield Estate

On Saturday 3rd January it was a clear cold afternoon so I had a 5 mile walk on Otley Chevin and through the Danefield Estate. Pictures taken on the walk are below with headings where appropriate.


The lime tree planted by Queen Elizabeth II.

The Ebor Way passes through the estate.

The main footpath is called "Chippendale Ride" named after the famous cabinet maker who was born in Otley.
