Some pictures taken Sunday of the Jubilee Celebrations in Otley and then on Monday evening on the top of The Chevin with the Jubilee Beacons.
Sunday was very wet. Picture 1 is of the Town Mayor with the Jubilee King & Queen and then there are pictures of Otley Brass Band who were playing under The Buttercross and the female singing group "Sally's Army".
Monday evening was much better with some great views across Wharfedale.

Arant Haw & Winder Walk
On Saturday 26th May, a number of us from the Wainwright Society had a walk on the Howgill Fells visiting the summits of Arant Haw and Winder from the market town of Sedbergh.
The first couple of pictures are of distant views of the Howgills as I drove up to Sedbergh from Kirkby Lonsdale and the remainder of the walk itself.
It was a glorious day, a bit windy on the tops but good underfoot. We concluded the walk with a lovely ice cream at Lockbank Farm on the way back into Sedbergh
