This is a walk I carried out for the Wainwright 60-50-40 Challenge. (See http://www.wainwright.org.uk/60-50-40/index.html) I travelled up to Mallerstang on the Saturday morning and parked up by Aisgill Farm. The first picture is a distant view of Wild Boar on the descent into Hawes and the remainder are of the walk onto Wild Boar and then Swarth Fell and the descent from there back to the farm.
It was over 30 years since I had been on Wild Boar Fell and little has changed in that period, but it is a beautiful walk that took about 3½ hours in total.
