Walk on the Chevin - 2nd January

Whilst Viv was helping at the Sunday School party I went up to the Chevin and had a 3 mile walk from the Beacon View Quarry along the top of the Chevin and then back down to the Car Park. The paths were very icy and the walking poles came in handy particularly on the descents. Towards the end of the walk the skies became very dark (apologies therefore for the latter few photos) and it started to snow over the last ½ mile or so. It took me just over 45 minutes for the walk.
